Breitling's Chronomat is a versatile watch paying homage to a long-standing partnership with the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team. the Red Arrows. This special 160 piece series commemorates each and every Red Arrows pilot from 1965. First released in 1984. it featured a large mechanical chronograph. a bold declaration in an era of quartz. Symbolizing Breitling's centenary. the Chronomat revived the mechanical chronograph to luxurious heights. The Breitling Chronomat B01 42 Red Arrows boasts a stainless steel case. four rider tabs on its iconic bezel. a RAF blue dial with the Red Arrows Diamond Nine logo at 12 o'clock. and the Royal Air Force insignia on the sapphire crystal caseback. It is powered by the Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01- a certified chronometer- and paired with the signature “Rouleaux�?bracelet.
