Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are typically shipped within 4–7 days after order confirmation, with pre-shipment checks and packaging.
Transit time: In transit for 12–15 days; actual delivery may vary due to destination, customs, weather, and other factors.
Carriers: DHL, USPS, China Post, FedEx, and UPS are used. We choose the most suitable carrier based on destination and service availability.
Customs clearance and duties: We handle all customs clearance; customers do not need to clear themselves. Duties, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed by the destination country’s customs.
Tracking: A tracking number is provided with every shipment; you can track on the carrier’s site or our order tracking page.
Lost or damaged items: In the unlikely event of loss, we will issue a replacement shipment.
